Following the ice storm in Nashville, Tennessee in January. 2026 I was in need of a service firm to remove tree from my roof and yard that was falling over. I met with four different companies and ultimately chose Duffy. Their approach of using a crane to lift the tree off the roof and cut it up on the ground was unique to them and I thought better and safer. Their team was well coordinated and safe. They kept me informed the whole time. They were fast, efficient, and effective. All the work was done in freezing temperatures and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Duffy.

We don't even know where to begin with them. First off we will start by saying John, Tara, and Kyle are all absolutely incredible people and will literally go to bat for you. After we were hit by our first hurricane which was Helene, we were referred to Duffy Companies by our neighbors, and we are so grateful. We were so stressed out, we had vehicle damages, garage damages and a massive hole in the roof on the side of our house. John made us feel at ease by telling us once we signed with them, all communication with the insurance regarding the claim would be done with them and the insurance which was a massive relief. We had moments where the insurance tried to be difficult but John and his people didn't budge an inch and fought for what we deserved. Tara went above and beyond with helping us with so much, words can't even describe how incredible that woman is, she without a doubt has your best interests at heart, and wants to make sure you are taken care of. She speaks in such a way things make sense and are clear and precise, so it's easy to understand. Love her! In our situation, our insurance messed up on something and Kyle gave us tips and pointers of things to look into to try and help us out. If we ever had issues, they were there to listen, give advice, and also rest our minds, which we are extremely grateful for. They never left us in the dark on anything, always communicated, and will always recommend them whenever it's needed. These are the people you need to work with when it's needed. They are truly and without a doubt incredible people.

Terry and his crew came over a few weeks ago to cut down like 18 trees in a pretty tight lot surrounded by fencing, power lines and our house. Pricing was fantastic, work was clean and FAST. these guys thouroughly impressed me, i was not home at the time of the job but my wife was. I also heard one of my neighbors was mesmerized by their work. I will reccommend them to everyone, they are awesome.
